Watch out for those snacks!

This morning room 10 and 7 took a bus to the supermarket to learn about food labels. When we got there Ainslie and her partner were waiting where it says entry.Ainslie is working for the heart foundation. Each adult had a different group there were 5 groups and each group was starting with a different nutrition.  We were starting with bread then we moved to Muesli Bar and we kept moving till the group finished checking the labels. Then we moved onto the fruit and vegetables.I was surprised that the choc rainbow bubble bars were so high in sugar.
Ainslie gave a $60 voucher card so that we can plan a healthy lunch.
